Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 334A

334A. Whosoever, on becoming aware that any property in his possession is stolen property or property misapplied or obtaine d by means of any offence, fails to gi ve notice thereof to the Execu tive Police within a week of becoming so aware, shall, on conviction , be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine ( multa ).
