355A. (1) For the duration of the road check the Police may stop all or any vehicles passing through or in the locality where th e road check is being organised. ( 2 ) W h e r e a v e h i c l e h a s b e e n s t o p p e d i n p u r s u a n c e o f t h e provisions of this Sub-title that vehicle may be searched by th e Police. (3) When any vehicle is stopped i n accordance with the provision s of this Sub-title and without the requirement of reasonable sus picion, any person who was driving or attempting to drive or who is in control of a motor vehicle or other vehicle on a road or other public p lace may be required to give a breath sample for alcohol or to give a sa mple of oral fluid for a drug test.
