Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 363
363. The summons shall be executed between seven o’clock in
the morning and seven o’clock in the evening in any residential
home excluding Sundays or Public Holidays or in the case where
the summons is being executed in a commercial property or offic e
at any day or any time that that commercial property or that of fice
is open to the public or where th e case merits expediency at th ose
times duly authorised by the Court.

Urgent cases.364. Where the urgency of the case does not admit of any delay,
the person may be summoned to appear forthwith or at a given ti me
during the same day. If the pers on fails to appear, he may, upo n a
warrant of the court, be arrested and b rought before it.
