T h e p a y m e n t o f c o s t s , i n c l u d i n g t h e f e e s d u e t o t h e advocates or legal procurators, taxed in accordance with the la st preceding article, may be enforced by the same court at the sui t of the creditor in the same manner and by the same means as a judgment of an inferior court in a civil action may be enforced .
