Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 408
408. (1) During the inquiry and until access by electronic means
of the scanned record is given to the Attorney General, no acce ss to the
party accused, when in custody, shall be allowed except with th e
permission of the inquiring magistrate..
(2) Such permission shall not be granted if the magistrate
deems it prejudicial to the ends of justice.
