435BA. (1) Where the request refer red to in the preceding article is made for the purpose of monit oring the transactions or banki ng operations being carried out through one or more accounts of a person suspected of a relevant offence within the meaning of ar ticle 435AA(3), or through one or more accounts suspected to have bee n used in the commission of the offence or which could provide information about the offence or the circumstances thereof, whether before, during or afte r the commission of the offence, including any such accounts in the name of legal persons the Attorney General may a pply to the Criminal Court for a monitori ng order and the provisions o f article 435AA shall apply mutatis mutandis . (2) Where a person or authority has been indicated by the Attorney General as provided unde r article 435AA, that person o r authority shall transmit the information resulting from the monitoring operation to the Attorney General.
