Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 437

437. (1) After the filing of the indictment, access to the accused shall not be allowed, ex cept with the permission of the court, or with the consent of the Attorney General. (2) The court, before granting the permission applied for, shall hear the Attorney General in the absence of the accused and wit h closed doors. The court shall not grant permission unless it is satisfied that such access will n ot be prejudicial to the ends of justice. Service of indictment on accused.
