521. (1) The registry and the registrar mentioned in this Code shall be designated by regulations made by the Minister respons ible for justice under this article. (2) Saving the provisions of sub-article (1), and until regulations are made under the sai d sub-article (1), the regist ry and the registrar mentioned in this Code shall be the same as those established or appointed by or under the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure in respect of the courts of civil jurisdiction.
