Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 534AE
534AE. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of article 533, the
services of interpre tation and translation resulting from the
application of articles 534AB to 534AD, both inclusive, shall b e
free of charge.
(2) The registrar shall keep a register of translators and
interpreters who are appropriate ly qualified. Once established, such
register shall, where appropriate, be made available to legal
counsel and other relevant authorities.
