Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 538
538. Every person who feels himself aggrieved by any offence
and desires to lodge a complaint for the punishment of the offe nder,
if known, or, if not known, in case he should be discovered, ma y
make such complaint to any Pol ice officer, even by letter.
Articles 536 and
537 to apply to
complaints.
