Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 542
542. The complaint may be made by a spouse on behalf of the
other spouse, by an ascendant on behalf of a descendant, by a
descendant on behalf of an ascendant, by one of the siblings on
behalf of the other, by any person on behalf of another person under
his tutorship or care, by any administrator or representative o f any
pious institution or other body corporate recognized by law, fo r any
offence committed to the prejudice of such institution or body
corporate, and by the immediate heirs for any offence committed
against the person under whom they claim.
