Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 567
567. If the door of the place where any inquiry relating to the
"in genere " or any " repertus " is to take place, is found closed, and
no one shall appear to open it, it shall be lawful for the magi strate
to order the said door to be forced open.

cases.
