Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 57
57. (1) Whosoever shall take part in a conspiracy having for
its object any of the crimes referred to in the last preceding two
articles, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term
from three to six years.

(2) Where, besides the mere con spiracy, preparatory measures
for carrying the crime into eff ect shall also have been taken, the
punishment shall be of imprisonment for a term from five to nin e
years.
