628H. The Police shall ac t as competent na tional authority to: (a) receive the information in accordance with Article 24(8) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 ; (b) be consulted in accordance with Article 25(2) and (3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 ; and (c) give consent in accordance with Article 25(4) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 .
