669. (1) The registrar shall ensure that all property delivered to him is properly catalogued, st ored and preserved and kept in a secure place to be determined by the registrar. (2) For the purposes of this article, the registrar may , with th e approval of the Minister responsi ble for justice, appoint other persons to hold property or classes of property on his behalf u nder such terms and conditions as the Minister may think fit provide d that the names of such persons shall be published in the Gazett e.
