676. Any property forfeited in favour of the Government in terms of the provisions of this Code or of any other law may be disposed of immediately by the Director of the Asset Recovery Bureau unless the property has been exhibited in the course of a criminal prosecution in which c ase that property shall not be disposed of before final judgment and not without the prior con sent of the Commissioner of Police or of the Attorney General as the case may be.
