Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 70
70. Whosoever shall publicly incite any other person to
disobey the law, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonmen t for
a term not exceeding thr ee months or to a fine ( multa ), or, in minor
cases, to detention or to a fine ( ammenda ).
