Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 73
73. If three or more persons shall unlawfully assemble, or
being unlawfully assembled, shall continue so together, with in tent,
by public speeches, exhibition of flags, inscriptions, or other means
or devices whatsoever, to excite other persons to attempt to al ter
any matter established by law, by violent means, every person s o
offending shall, on conviction, b e liable to imprisonment for a term
from six to eighteen months.
