115. Where, owing to the construction of new houses, or the opening of new doors, or for any other reason, the Minister responsible for the Electoral Office shall order that the numbers of the doors of houses in any street be altered, or that a new name be given to any street or a portion thereof, every such order shall be published in the Gazette either by a Government Notice, or by a notice issued by the Electoral Office; and in either case, where the numbers are altered, such notice shall state the previous numbers of the doors of the houses, as well as the numbers substituted therefor. Provisions regarding painting of number of street doors not to apply to churches, etc.
