204. It shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Police for reasons of public order, public safety or public morality or by reason of the licensees’ lack of compliance with the provisions of regulations made under article 203 hereof, to order the suspens ion 36 CAP. 10.] CODE OF POLICE LAWS forthwith of any public performance, exhibition, show or entertainment, and likewise to order the suspension of any lice nce and the closing of any premises concerned for a period not in excess of fifteen days.
