205. (1) The use of guns and other firearms for sporting purposes is permitted but only as provided in the following provisions of this Part. (2) No person shall use any gun or other firearm for the purpose of searching for, pursuing or killing game without a valid licence from the Police. (3) A licence issued under sub-article (1) shall not be valid during such other period as may be specified in the licence. Conditions for licence. Amended by: XI.1910.15; XVII.1963.4; XXVII.2001.33.
