316C. It shall be unlawful for any person to: (a) sell alcohol to, or purchase alcohol on behalf of, a minor; or (b) serve, or in any manner supply, alcohol to a minor in any public place. Prohibition of consumption of alcohol by minors. Added by: III.2007.2.
