316D. It shall be unlawful for a minor to: (a) consume alcohol in any public place; (b) procure or attempt to procure alcohol in any manner whatsoever in any public place; (c) be in possession of alcoho l in any public place; or 46 CAP. 10.] CODE OF POLICE LAWS (d) falsely represent his age f or the purpose of consuming, receiving, procu ring or attemp ting to procure alcohol.
