22B. Any person who acts in contravention of a court order mentioned in article 22A shall be guilty of an offence and shal l on conviction be liable to a fine ( multa ) not exceeding eleven thousand and six hundred and forty-six euro and eighty-seven cents (11,646.87), or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding twel ve months, or to both such fine and imprisonment, and the court ma y order the person so found guilty to deposit in a bank to the cr edit of the accused the amount of moneys or the value of other movable property paid or delivered in contravention of that court order . Any transfer or other disposal of any immovable property made in contravention of the said court order shall be null and without effect at law. 24 CAP. 101.] DANGEROUS DRUGS Suspension Order. Added by: VI. 2000.4. Cap. 31. 22B. bis (1) Where a person is charged as provided in article 22A(1) and such person is a person as is referred to in article 22(6) or is a person in possession of a licence, permit or authority issued to him by a competent authority in or in connection with the exercise of any art, trade, ca lling or other occupation and the offence is committed in a place licensed under this Ordinance, under the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance or under any other law, the Court may, without prejudice to any other order that it may make under the provisions of this article, at the reques t of the prosecution make an order, h ereinafter referred to as a ''suspension order'', suspendi ng such licence, permit or author ity. (2) The suspension order shall remain in force for the whole duration of the proceedin gs until fin al judgement. (3) Any person who does any act for the doing of which a licence, permit or authority is required under any law and such act is done when that licence, permit or authority had been suspend ed by virtue of a suspension order shall be deemed to have so acte d without the required licence, permit or authority.
