Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 117
117. *Every warrant of the superior courts shall be issued in the
name of the Republic of Malta a nd shall be witnessed by a judge or
by a judicial assistant so delegated for the purpose by a judge ; any
such delegation shall be p ublished in the Gazette:
Provided that no such delegation shall be made in respect of a
warrant of prohibitory injunction.
