Without prejudice to the provisions of article 117, any act requiring the signature of a judge or magistrate shall be signe d by the judge or magistrate of the r espective court or, where the c ourt consists of more than one judge or magistrate, by one of such judges or magistrates. *Vide article 11(2) of Act VII of 2007 for commencement.
