28. There shall be such archives wherein there shall be deposited all the acts of the courts which are to be deposited in terms o f article 65. The Minister responsible for j ustice may prescribe the numb er of archives to be set up, the acts which shall be deposited in eac h archive, their location, the manner in w hich records are to be kept and any other matter relating or ancillary thereto.
