353. (1) If the debtor offers for auction movable property sufficient to meet the claim of the creditor without any obstac le or difficulty, the auction of the immovable property or of a commercial going concer n shall be suspended. Substitution of other immovable property for the immovable property put up for sale. (2) The auction of the immovable property or commercial going concern stated by the cred itor shall likewise be suspende d, if the debtor offers other immovable property sufficient to meet t he claim of the creditor without any obstacle or difficulty.
