354. (1) When the judgement the execution of which is sought is a judgement given by the Court of Magistrates (Malta), its execution, insofar as it has to be executed on immovable proper ty or rights attached to immovable property, is to be effected by the Civil Court, First Hall. (2) The same rule applies when a demand is made for the execution of two or more judgements, whose total joint amount, not taking into account any expense s, exceeds the sum of fifteen thousand euro (€15,000).
