Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 357A
357A. No action to annul or rescind a judicial sale by auction of
an immovable property shall be filed or acceded to unless such
action is filed before the lapse of one year from the date when the
adjudication of the immovable property has been registered in t he
Public Registry.
