Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 404
404. (1) The time mentioned in the last preceding article shall
not exceed three months.
Suspension of
time.
(2) Such time shall be suspended during the pendency of an
application to sue with the benefit of legal aid, provided the
application is filed by the jactitator within the first four da ys of the
said time.
When jactitation
suit is
inadmissible.
