Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 405
405. The court shall not allow the demand referred to in article
403 if the jactitation is in respect of an uncertain right, con tingent
upon any event or condition, or of a right with regard to which no
action can, for the ti me being, be taken.
