493. Where the fruits of any tenement possessed by the applicant under the entail, whether dividual or individual, to which the application refers, do not, after deducting all burdens, ex ceed the sum of nine euro and thirty-two cents (9.32) per annum , the court may likewise order the disentail independently of the consent o f any of the persons e ntitled to succeed.
