497. (1) It shall also be lawful for t he said court to grant to any person in possession of property of any value whatsoever, subje ct to any dividual or individual entail, authorization to give suc h property on emphyteusis for a definite period or in perpetuity, provided the persons whose consent would, according to the provisions of article 490, be necessary for a disentail, give t heir consent thereto.
