503. (1) If the applicant does not reside in Malta, the said notice shall be posted up in the place in Malta wherein it is p roved to the satisfaction of the court that he has resided within the last ten years; and failing such proof, the said notice shall be posted up only in the place within the lim its of which the property is si tuate. (2) Nevertheless it shall in all cases be lawful for the court t o order that the said notice be als o posted up in any other place . Appointment of curators.
