509. Where the demand for the i ssue of edicts is made in consequence of a bid made in a j udicial sale by auction subject to the condition of the issue of edi cts, the purchaser shall, toge ther with the application, file a copy of the act of adjudication; a nd in such case the list mentioned in article 500 shall be made by th e purchaser himself, unless he states on oath before the court th at he is not acquainted with the circumstances required to be mention ed in the list.
