Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 510
510. The curators appointed by the court under the provisions of
article 504, shall use all due d iligence to ascertain the histo ry of the
title to the property, and shall make an express mention thereo f in
their report. If the history of the title to the property is es tablished
by the curators, the court shall cause another edict to be publ ished
in the manner prescr ibed in article 501.
