517. The suspension shall continue until it is revoked by the
court which issued the relativ e order, or until , upon proceedin gs
taken by the tutor, curator, or administrator so suspended, aga inst
the party who demanded the suspension, it is revoked by the
competent court of contentious jurisdiction.
