519C. (1) The Board may appoint any person with appropriate
expertise to assist it in the course of a ny proceedings before it.
(2) The Board may, in the course of any proceedings, require
any government department, agency or entity, local council,
guardian, other entity or other person, to report to the Board on any
matter relating to the said proceedings and it may also order t hat
such report be submitted to the Board within a period of time a s
