529. The registrar shall, either on the paper on which the will is written, or on the paper used as an envelope for same, note dow n the following particulars: (a) the date of the presentation of the will; (b) the personal details of the testator, as listed in article 2042 (a) and (b) of the Civil Code ; (c) by whom the will is presented, that is to say , whether by the testator himself, or by a notary, and, in the latter case, the name and su rname of the notary; (d) if the will is presented by the testator himself, his declaration that the paper so presented contains his will; CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE [CAP. 12. 159 (e) t h e c i r c u m s t a n c e o f t h e p r e s e n c e o f t h e j u d g e a t t h e presentation of the will.
