530. (1) The note of such particulars shall be signed by the registrar, and countersigned by the testator or notary who shal l have presented the will, and by the judge; and the registrar sh all, within twenty-four hours, register such particulars in a book t o be kept by him for the purpose. Where testator is unable to write. (2) If the testator declares that he is unable to write, a menti on of such declaration shall take the place of his signature. Judge to check registered particulars with wills. (3) A copy of the said book shall be kept by the judge who shall, at least once every quarter, compare the registered part iculars with the wills which, according to such book, must be in the custody of the registrar. Wills to be endorsed with act of delivery. Amended by: V .1864.1.
