531. (1) The judge shall not allow t he registrar to receive from any notary any secret will, unless it is endorsed with the act of the delivery made by the testator to the notary. (2) Nor shall the judge allow the receipt of any will endorsed a s aforesaid, unless such endorseme nt contains the declaration required by law to the effect that the paper delivered to the n otary contains the will of the person from whom the notary has receiv ed such paper.
