533. (1) Where a will is to be opened, the court shall by a decree, upon the application of any party interested, appoint t he day, time and place for the openi ng and publication of the will , and order that all interested parties be summoned: those known, by application, and those unknown, by means of banns to be posted up at the entrance of the building in which the court sits and pub lished in the Government Gazette a nd in a daily newspaper. (2) The opening and publication of the will shall not take place before the expiration of four days from the date of service of the said application, or of four days from the date of the posting up of the banns and their publication whichever is the later.
