534. (1) The will shall be opened by the registrar in the presence of the judge, at the time and place appointed by the d ecree of the court, after the signatures affixed by the judge and the registrar at the foot of the not e of the particulars mentioned in article 530, shall ha ve been verified. Publication of will.(2) After the will is opened, it shall be published in the 160 CAP. 12.] CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE presence of the judge and the registrar, by the notary who had presented it or, if such notary is dead or absent, or is preven ted from attending on account of sickness or for any other reason, or if the will had been presented by th e testator himself, by a notar y to be selected by the party who made the application for the openi ng of the will.
