535. (1) When the will is published as provided in the last
preceding article, it shall be del ivered to the notary by whom the
publication of the wi ll shall have been made.
Receipt. (2) The notary shall, in the pres ence of the judge, sign a recei pt
in the book referred to in article 530; and such receipt shall be
countersigned by the judge.
(3) Any will delivered in terms of sub-article (1) shall not be
deemed to be cancelled from the book referre d to in article 530 ; for
the purpose of any document cer tifying the existence or non-
existence of secret wills, and th ere shall be indicated in any such
document, in respect of any such will, the name of the notary w ho
published it and the date of its publication.
