758. (1) In actions concerning t he rendering of accounts in connection with the administration of sums of money, the value of the thing in issue is determin ed by the amount of such sums. (2) If the administration is in respect of immovable property, the value of the thing in issue is determined by the yearly ren t, without any deduction therefrom, multiplied by the number of years involved in the claim of the plaintiff.
