793. (1) If two or more actions brought before one and the
same court are connected in respect of the subject-matter there of,
or if the decision on one of the actions might affect the decis ion on
the other action or actions, it shall be lawful for the court t o order
that the several actions b e tried simultaneously.

(2) Where several actions hav e been tried simultaneously
before the court of first instanc e, they may be tried in like m anner
before the appellate court, without the necessity of any other order
of the court.

(3) Nevertheless a separate j udgment shall be given in each
action, both in the court of first instance and in the appellat e court,
every judgment containing a stat ement of the respective reasoni ngs,
or a reference to the reasonings premised to the decision given in
any other of the actions heard simultaneously.
