Income Tax Act (Cap. 123), article 15A
15A. The provisions of article 15 relating to investment services
companies shall, where applicable, apply mutatis mutandis to
companies which, on the 1st October, 2003 were authorised to ac t
as insurance managers under article 13 of the Insurance Business
Act.
