Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 107
107. The presumption referred to in the last preceding article
may not be granted unless -
(a) it is demanded by the parent wishing to have such
presumption apply to the child; and
(b) where such parent is married, it is proved that his or
her spouse has given his o r her consent thereto; and
(c) the consent of the child, if of age, or his welfare, if a
minor, is proved.
