Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 108
108. The Court shall have power, according to circumstances,
to refuse to apply the presumption in virtue of a decree of the said
court in accordance with article 102, where the applicant can m ake
such presumption applicable in favour of his child by subsequen t
marriage, or has children who were conceived or born in wedlock ,
or so presumed by subsequent marriage, or descendants of such
children.
